Crazies on parade

For the Wellington 7's Rugby Championship people traditionally dress up.   Yes, it's weird but it sure as hell beats rioting.  All day I'll be updating with more photos.  Now these are sports fans.  Tomorrow I post my Australia/New Zealand travelogue.
